Refund & Booking Policy

This Refund & Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions for bookings made with Bright Idea Solutions for the 5 Days 4 Nights Flexi Melaka Experience.


Booking Confirmation

To secure your travel arrangement, a 10% deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation.

Once your booking request and deposit are received, a confirmation email will be sent with the relevant travel details.


Balance Payment

The remaining balance will be settled upon arrival in Melaka, unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

Travelers may request a cancellation and refund up to 3 days before the travel date.

Refund requests made less than 3 days before arrival may not be eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.


Changes to Booking

Requests to change travel dates may be considered subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply depending on accommodation or scheduling changes.


Travel Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents and personal arrangements required for the trip.


Operational Adjustments

Bright Idea Solutions reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to travel arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, operational requirements, or safety considerations.
